CELEBRATE SANTA - DAY 1

Editor note:  We are please to have a roving Santa reporter at Celebrate Santa.  For those  who were not able to attend we will have a daily report to share with you.  Please feel free to sign in to the site and leave comments on the comments board.

Here we are in Gatlinburg. Stopped in Nashville to take the wife, Sandy to the Grand Ole Opry. It was great. Even ran into Ron Breach (FORBES member OC Chapter) and his bride, as well as a Santa from the Lone Star Santas (hook'em horns).

The weather in Tennessee is less than remarkable. Cold and

rainy pretty well says it - Achoo!  But inside the Santas are gathering, cheery and excited for the events to start.

HO! HO! HO

Let's start off with a birthday song to Tim Mack. Man you talk about old. hohoho Hey look there's Tom from New Mexico, oh yeah and Tom for Georgia, wait isn't that Tom Z. too? My goodness there in John, Loyd, Kevin, Paul, Steve, and my word even Tim C. Why there are 2 sleighs, a motorcycle and side car, and reindeer too.

This is going to be fun for sure!

Hey look there's Joe and Mary, John and Joan, Jeff and Nick. My word, there sure are a lot of folk, I wish you could all be here. Well time for a little shut eye and the festivities start tomorrow.
